Your information.
This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit wearearendi.com or contact the studio.
Who is responsible
Lovro Podobnik and Karlo Medjugorac jointly operate this website and determine how personal information is used for its operation and studio enquiries. We are the joint controllers for these purposes.
Our studio contact address is Prešernov trg 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Write to hello@wearearendi.com for privacy questions or requests. This is our common contact point; you may exercise your rights against either of us.
When you visit
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver and protect the website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We have not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or third-party font services. See our Cookies notice for browser storage details.
When you write to us
We receive your email address, your name if supplied, and the message or files you choose to send. We use them to respond, discuss your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a project.
For steps you ask us to take before entering a contract with you, the basis is Article 6(1)(b). For general enquiries and correspondence with people representing organisations, it is our legitimate interest in communicating and developing professional relationships (Article 6(1)(f)).
Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a way to reply. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Providers and international processing
We use Vercel for website hosting and Google Workspace for studio email. These providers and their authorised subprocessors may handle information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
The providers’ data-processing terms describe their transfer safeguards, including European Commission standard contractual clauses where applicable: Vercel’s data-processing terms and Google’s data-processing terms. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. A client project with additional data processing will have its own agreed scope and information.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to answer your request and follow up on the discussion. If it becomes part of a project, we retain relevant records for the relationship and for applicable legal, accounting or claims obligations. Information that is no longer needed for those purposes is deleted.
Technical information held by our host is retained according to the operational, security and legal needs described in Vercel’s privacy notice. The relevant criteria are the purpose of the record, any continuing security investigation and applicable legal retention requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send a request to hello@wearearendi.com. We normally respond within one month; if the GDPR permits an extension, we will explain it within that month. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity.
You can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.
Changes
We will update this notice if the way this website or our enquiry process uses personal information changes. The date above identifies this version.
